These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Super Brush Kids mobile application ("App").
By downloading, accessing, purchasing a subscription to, or using Super Brush Kids, you agree to these Terms.

Super Brush Kids is a family-oriented brushing timer and routine app intended to help parents and guardians encourage children to follow approximately two-minute brushing routines using child-friendly videos, visual content, rewards, stars, streaks, and related features.
Super Brush Kids is intended for children to use with appropriate parent or guardian involvement and supervision.
A parent or guardian is responsible for determining whether the App is appropriate for a particular child and for supervising the child's brushing and use of the App as appropriate.
Purchases and subscription decisions should be made by a parent or guardian.
Super Brush Kids is an educational and routine-support tool. It is not a dental or medical service and does not provide medical or dental diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare advice.
The App is not a substitute for examination, diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified dentist, physician, or other healthcare professional.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for their child's oral hygiene and should follow recommendations provided by their child's dentist or healthcare professional.
Access to some or all features of Super Brush Kids may require an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple's App Store.
The subscription duration, price, introductory offer or free-trial information, and other purchase terms are displayed before purchase through the App and Apple's purchase confirmation interface.
Super Brush Kids may offer eligible customers a free trial or other introductory subscription offer.
Eligibility for an introductory offer or free trial is determined by Apple and may depend on the customer's previous subscription or introductory-offer history.
Unless canceled before the applicable trial or introductory period ends, the subscription automatically converts to the paid subscription at the price displayed when the subscription was started.
Auto-renewable subscriptions continue automatically unless canceled through Apple before the applicable renewal deadline.
Your Apple Account is charged according to the subscription price and billing period displayed during purchase.
Subscription billing, payment processing, renewal, and account-level subscription management are handled by Apple.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription settings associated with your Apple Account.

Deleting Super Brush Kids does not cancel an active subscription.
Cancellation generally prevents the next automatic renewal. Access may continue through the remainder of an already-paid subscription period, subject to Apple's applicable rules.
Super Brush Kids provides a Restore Purchases function for eligible App Store subscriptions and purchases.
Restoration generally requires the Apple Account associated with the original purchase.
App Store transactions are processed by Apple.
Refund eligibility, billing disputes, payment-method issues, and related App Store transaction matters are governed by Apple's applicable policies.
Super Brush Kids may include child-friendly brushing videos, characters, graphics, audio, rewards, text, routines, and other content.
App content may be added, refreshed, replaced, changed, or removed through app updates as Super Brush Kids continues to evolve.
We do not guarantee that a particular episode, video, reward, character, or other individual content item will remain available indefinitely.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to systems associated with it, circumvent subscription or purchase controls, distribute unauthorized copies, reverse-engineer the App except where permitted by law, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
Super Brush Kids and its original characters, designs, illustrations, animation, video, audio, text, graphics, branding, software, and other original content are owned by or licensed to the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your use of the App does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property to you.
Certain App functions depend on third-party services.
Apple provides App Store distribution, purchase processing, and subscription billing.
RevenueCat may be used for subscription validation, entitlement management, and purchase restoration.
Third-party services may be governed by their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
We may update, modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features of Super Brush Kids when reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Super Brush Kids is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee specific dental, medical, health, behavioral, or brushing outcomes from use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Use of Super Brush Kids is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in Super Brush Kids, its subscription model, services, or applicable requirements.
The Effective Date displayed at the top of this page will be updated when these Terms are revised.
